What you need to know before you schedule an appointment

Ageless Acupuncture is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Schedule yourself online or reach out by phone/email if you need assistance.

During this time, Maria is not seeing patients that present with active COVID-19 symptoms. All patients are asked to answer a prescreen questioner 24hours prior to appointment, and to wear a face mask for the entire duration of treatment and presence in the clinic. Maria will also wear a mask and prepare the space for your comfort and safety. When you arrive to your appointment please wait at the door to be let in promptly at your scheduled time. For detailed information on how the clinic operates during pandemic please do not hesitate to reach out by email or by calling.

During your first visit, please be prepared to spend 75-90 minutes for the initial consultation and treatment. Wearing comfortable and loose fitting clothing is also recommended. You are free to bring in lab work/imaging and any other information that you see important to your visits.

If you plan to use your health insurance, before your first visit please identify if you have insurance benefits for acupuncture and how the plan will cover the charges. For your convenience you can refer to this Insurance Verification Form in order ask the right questions from your insurance company when you call them.  This form is available for you to fill out electronically once you schedule your appointment and finish filling out the on-boarding forms. We request that all patient health forms be filled out online through the online portal, you can access it when you schedule your treatment in the confirmation email.

You will be able to review all forms including cancellation form, consent form, and HIPPA form within the appointment confirmation email. For your convenience you can find a short summary to the appointment cancellation policy below.

If you need to cancel your appointment within less then 24 hours, there is a charge of $50 for late cancellation. If you happen to miss your appointment without notifying the office we do charge the full cost of the treatment.

To avoid having these charges please inform the office if your schedule changes prior to 24 hours of your treatment time. If that is not possible, please let us know by phone or email as soon as you can, this will allow us to use the time to try to fill your spot. If the spot is filled off the waitlist, you will not get charged. This policy ensure that other patients are able to come in, and practitioner doesn’t loose the time slot. We greatly appreciate your understanding on this subject!
