Office Cancellation Policy:
We kindly thank you for your courtesy to other patients for making changes to your appointments in advance. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call or email 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. You can also self reschedule/cancel online via a link in your email confirmation, the link will let you reschedule or cancel your appointment only 48 hours prior to your treatment time. By scheduling your appointment you agree to the 48 hour notice cancellation policy. *If you miss your appointment without providing a notice, it is considered a “no show” and you will be bill the full charge of the treatment. We advice our patients to notify the office as soon as you know you will need to change your appointment time, even if it is within 48 hour period, if we are able to fill your spot, you will not get charged for the cancellation, if we are not successful in filling your spot, you will receive a bill.
